According to an upGrad Abroad Report, ⁓31.2% of students opted for education loans in 2022, and nearly 90% of the total education loans by Public Sector Banks in the country were disbursed for foreign education. The trend will continue to grow.

Before 2020, only 21% of applicants were female students; today, that number stands at 49%. This shows an upward trend in women's participation in foreign education for the coming year.
