The University of Northampton in the UK is known for its sprawling Waterside Campus and is a public institution. The University of Northampton has a rich history going back to 1924 with the establishment of the Northampton Technical College. The School of Art was established in 1937 while the College of Education opened in 1972. The Nene College was founded in 1975 while the Leatherseller’s College opened in 1978. Several colleges were added to the institution while the Nene College eventually became the University College Northampton in 1999. In 2005, the current university was formed with complete university status. The Waterside campus opened its doors in 2018.

Financial
The tuition fees usually depend on the study program and mode. Students may have to finish their English language course or foundation program before enrolment. If students get their offer letters, a deposit of £5,000 (INR 50,000) is needed and will be required for every study year. It will be deducted from the total tuition costs each year as well.
Undergraduate students usually have to pay between £14-16,900 (INR 14-16.9 lakh) per year while postgraduate students have to pay approximately £15,000-16,000 (INR 15-16 lakh) per year.
