If there are just a few spots available for the course you are applying for:

• Sign up for ESSE3.
• Watch for the email verifying that your application was submitted successfully.
• Pay the application fee, and take and pass the entrance exam according to the guidelines provided in the applicable call for applications.

If the course is open to access:

• Take the Italian language test.
• Check with the admissions office to understand whether you qualify for the chosen program.

• You won't have to appear if you hold an Italian language certificate (B2 CEFR level) - issued by “Università Roma Tre,” “Università per Stranieri di Perugia,” “Università per Stranieri di Siena,” “Società Dante Alighieri,” and "Università per stranieri Dante Alighieri di Reggio Calabria."
• You won’t need to appear for the Italian language test if you wish to enroll in an English-taught master’s degree.
• Under the same terms and circumstances as EU residents, non-EU students with a valid study permit in Italy will be eligible to appear for the entrance exams and be listed in the same ranking list for enrollment in one of the university's programs.
