The main campus of UT Tyler is situated on 204 acres, just beyond Tyler, Texas,' eastern municipal limits. Since 1996, a large number of structures and athletic facilities have been built on the main campus. The Riter Tower, an 88-foot tower with 57 bells, is one of the most noticeable elements of the UT Tyler campus. On campus, there is a gym and the R. Don Cowan Fine and Performing Arts Centre. For U.S. citizens and permanent residents, an application fee of $60 is necessary and is not refundable. Applications from outside the United States must pay a $75 non-refundable fee. 

For candidates from outside, the institute provides a variety of undergraduate and graduate courses. Students who intend to apply to the University of Texas at Tyler must submit the application form and any necessary supporting documentation before the dates stated.
