The major USP of Vincennes University is that it is the first and the only college in the US, established by an individual who would later become the president of the country. The ninth president of the United States, William Henry Harrison founded VU. The university is ranked #58-76 out of 86 Regional Colleges Midwest. It was founded in 1801, as Jefferson Academy.
