UH prefers these to be submitted electronically via e-mail or the Common Application through a school counselor.

These official transcripts must include the word “official,” the institution’s seal, a signature from a school official, or an official watermark. 

The Office of Admissions determines the transcript’s validity and reserves the right to request additional or different copies if needed.

During the application process, graduate applicants must submit scanned copies of all documents.

Note: Certified translated copies must accompany documents that are not in English.
