Introduction: James Clear's "Atomic Habits" is the book that I found to be really helpful. 

What was the book about: The author offers a thorough framework on how to create positive habits and get rid of negative ones. 

What did you think about the book: I discovered it to be a remarkably wise and helpful manual that assisted me in streamlining my daily activities and increasing my productivity. 

What are the things that you found helpful: The science underlying habits is discussed in the book, along with the triggers and reinforcers that set them off. Additionally, it offers helpful advice on how to remove obstacles to good habits and foster an environment that encourages them. 

Conclusion: I started implementing some of the practises recommended in the book into my daily routine after finishing the book, and as a result, my productivity and general well-being have significantly increased.
