The University of Prince Edward Island (UPEI) is working with Memorial University as a regional school that offers a Doctor of Medicine degree, while the joint program is being constructed. Candidates will submit applications to Memorial University's Doctor of Medicine program as part of this agreement. 

Students that are accepted will start classes at the UPEI Campus in August 2025.
